Analytics QA belongs in the release process, not in a dashboard review several weeks later. By that point, missing context is difficult to reconstruct and unreliable data may already have shaped decisions.
Check the contract
Compare every priority event against the measurement plan. Confirm exact names, required properties, allowed values, timestamps and currency conventions. Malaysia-based teams should be explicit about MYR and local time when reports depend on them.
Exercise consent paths
Test accepted, rejected and changed consent states. Confirm that optional analytics respects the selected state and that essential app functions continue to work when consent is declined.
Capture evidence
Record the build, platform, test account and observed payload for each case. Evidence makes defects reproducible and gives future maintainers a baseline. Add critical analytics checks to the same release sign-off used for product functionality.
